Order Address Update
Click here if you would like to order a STOP on a previous order - usually after learning of a new address for the defendent.
You have the option of using remaining serve attempts on the new address, otherwise, If no serve attempts have been performed you will receive a full refund. If 2 or fewer serve attempts have been performed you will receive a 20% refund. All other cases - no refund. Refunds are issued via the method of original payment.
Next Step? Order an entirely new process serve using the new address. You do not need to wait for the address update acknowledgement email in order to order your new serve.
